3. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12.00am (AEST) on 4 February 2026 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 6 March 2026.
4. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals who:

c. Enter the promotion in accordance with these terms

5. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must during the Promotion Period:

Following submission, Smooth Path Finance will attempt to contact the entrant by phone or email.
There is a limit of one entry per person.
6. Nature of Promotion
This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
7. Prize
The prize is one month of free coffee at Locale Newstead, provided as a credit or tab at the café, capped at a total value of $150 AUD.
The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged.

9. Draw Details
The draw will take place on 7 March 2026 at the Promoter’s business premises. One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
10. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days of the initial contact attempt, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
11. Use of Personal Information
By entering, participants consent to Smooth Path Finance collecting and using their personal information for:
a. Administering the promotion
b. Contacting the participant in relation to their entry
c. Providing information about Smooth Path Finance services
